We are delighted to acknowledge funding recently granted by the Heritage Council through their MSPI (Museum Standards Programme for Ireland) Collections Care Grant Scheme 2018, which has enabled the purchase of 3 dehumidifiers for use in the museum display area and in the storeroom.  Humidity is a constant problem in the usually damp part of the country, so these will help considerably ensuring that our objects are in a suitably stable environment.
