We are delighted to announce that the museum was successful during 2017 in some grant applications. Discussions are ongoing with regard to an update to the main exhibition, thanks to a grant provided under the Arts and Culture Capital Scheme 2016, and a new display case, with drawers, was purchased with grant aid from the Local Regional Museum Scheme 2017 (both administered by the then Department of Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs).
